SET UP FEES
The price of preparing a file for imaging is included in the materials pricing. If unusual problems are detected at this stage which require additional labor to correct for proper film output, we will contact the customer and explain the situation. They may replace the file, or have us make the corrections. If we make the corrections, our labor rate is $50.00 per hour.
APPLICATIONS
We have two DS imagesetters, a 1065 with on-line processor and an 1100 with on-line processor. Their format are 22" x 26" and 28" x 40" respectively. Image area is approximately 1/2" smaller than format. These imagesetters are both capable of generating film positives or negatives at any line screen frequency used in offset, flexo, and screen printing. In addition to film output, we can image RC paper on the 1065.

9" x 12" is a minimum size / price for output. Sizes not listed will be quoted upon request.
LABOR
In addition to checking files for imaging, we provide imposition and trapping services. These charges need to be quoted for each job. In the event of customer alterations after film has been produced, labor rates for making alterations as well as additional material charges will apply.
